Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Mercure Alice Springs Resort was a real treat. The quality of the food in the restaurant was exceptional, and the entire team was dedicated to ensuring we had a memorable experience. However, some rooms could use a bit of updating and the location felt a tad less safe after dark. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, especially if you appreciate good dining.
I had a wonderful stay at this resort! The rooms were fabulous and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable experience. The restaurant served an amazing Christmas dinner that was a great value. I loved swimming in the lovely pool, although it wasn't open during my winter visit at the other hotel I stayed at. The service across the board was superb, though I did have an odd experience with the state of the bed upon arrival at one point. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!
I had both ups and downs during my stay at Mercure Alice Springs. The hotel itself is nice with clean and spacious rooms, and the restaurant offers excellent food. However, I experienced some service hiccups, including room issues and a less than attentive check-out process. Overall, it's a solid choice, but just be prepared for a few bumps along the way.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, I found the rooms a bit dated and uninspiring despite being clean. The location is decent, just a short walk to town, but I had a frustrating stay due to the noise from other guests. On the plus side, the pool was great for cooling off, and the food was enjoyable at the restaurant.
The stay at the Mercure Alice Springs was quite mixed. On one hand, the rooms were clean and spacious, and I appreciated the attentive staff who offered great service. However, the dining experience left much to be desired as I found it difficult to secure a meal at the restaurant, and I faced issues with check-in. It was also frustrating that the location felt a bit isolated, making it harder to find dining options nearby.
